Max Pam
Au cours des quarante dernières années, Max Pam a interprété ses expériences grâce à un mélange unique de photographie et d’autobiographie.
Bien qu’il ait été reconnu avant tout comme un photographe documentant le processus du voyage, moins d’attention a été accordée aux structures et techniques employées dans son travail.
Un des aspects caractéristiques de son esthétique photographique est sans conteste la combinaison entre un intérêt pour un certain type de représentation – l’instantané et le pseudo-documentaire de « l’instant décisif » – et d’autres modes de documentation pouvant inclure des images de souvenirs, des dessins et des extraits de son journal intime.
